Anacostia 2nd High Pressure Zone PRV Installation
Project Owner: Government of the District of Columbia - DC Water
Installation of residential pressure reducing valves, domestic water main shut off valves and associated appurtenances for 1,667 residences throughout the Anacostia neighborhood in S.E. Washington, DC, was affected with an unsafe pressure increase because of the installation of a new water tower for a new 2nd High Pressure Zone in the DC Water transmission and distribution systems. Included a two-year warranty support extension.
Ramsey Homes Redevelopment
Project Owner: City of Alexandria, ARHA (Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority)
Installation of roughly 1.2 miles of SCH 80 concrete encased duct bank for use in lieu of power and communication upgrade requirements for the construction of a 52 units affordable apartment building, including a dedicated high speed fiber optic line for use with self-driving cars along northbound Route-1 in the City of Alexandria, for which testing is underway. It included the installation of a self-contained, green certified stormwater management structure and a large communication double entry manhole structure as well as roadway, alleyway and sidewalk restoration.
DC Temporary Fire and EMS
Project Owner: Government of the District of Columbia - DGS
Installation of (1) combined 6” sanitary/storm sewer lateral, installation of (1) 6” fire service lateral, installation of (1) 2” domestic water service line including water meter setter and meter vault, installation of a sand and oil separator for fire truck wash down at the engine bay for a temporary fire house.

Project Owner: Aram Investments
Installation of complete domestic water distribution system, complete natural gas distribution system, complete sanitary/storm drainage system, complete mechanical installation for a new 8 units apartment building. Installation of (1) 2” combined domestic/fire service main.
Torus Apartments
Project Owner: Dillan Investments
Acted as the prime contractor for the construction of an 18 units, 5 stories apartment building with two elevators. Self-performed the installation of complete domestic water distribution system, complete natural gas distribution system, complete sanitary/storm drainage system as well as complete mechanical/HVAC work. Installed a new 6” sanitary/storm sewer lateral to be extended 260 LF on the back side of the property including a doghouse manhole and a private property manhole. Installation of a 6” fire service lateral and a 2” domestic water service lateral including meter setter and vault to be tapped onto a 12” water main on Benning Road NE.
Georgetown Carriage House
Project Owner: Potassium, LLC
Extension of 380 LF of 8” ductile iron water main between Wisconsin Ave & 31st street NW at Blues Alley NW including isolation gate valves, joint restraints, and inline thrust blocks. Installation of (1) 6” fire service lateral to be tapped onto the new 8” main. Installation of (1) 2” domestic water service lateral including meter setter and vault. Installation of new 4” combined sanitary/storm lateral. Permanent restoration of concrete alley way.

Provide labor, equipment and material for the installation of (1) 3” domestic water main line with a concrete water meter vault including isolation gate valves and a bypass loop. Installation of (1) combined sanitary/storm doghouse manhole at 18 ft depth. Installation of (1) combined 2” fire/domestic water main including water meter setter and meter vault.

Provide labor and equipment for the installation of 160 LF of 8” ductile iron watermain including isolation gate valves, (1) fire hydrant, (1) 6” fire service lateral, and (1) 3” domestic water service line with a concrete meter vault and bypass loop.
